When we started work on this campaign we realized that the website employed pop-ups for some special offers. We saw this as a problem since most computers employ pop up blockers (which are freely available) in their browsers. This meant that the important offers were not displayed to target audience.
Also, the client “Mr. Bharat Pindoria” informed us that British government is going to introduce HIPs (Home Information Packs) service. It was the biggest revolution in UK property market since 1925 and Bharat wanted to setup the campaign which would promote this service from Day 1.
Solution:
We first got rid of pop-ups on the website. Instead, we used small attractive banners. What is also known as “call to action” to help facilitate more click-throughs to the necessary pages? Whenever any visitor clicked on the banner we took them to a separate web page which provided more details about the offer.
We also identified some low competition keywords which delivered us more visitors at less cost. We started our HIP (home information packs) campaign just before the launch by the British government and hence we had leads even before the new regulation was implemented.
Results:
After the launch of the campaign, we observed a steady increase in the number of leads. Bharat Pindoria says, “We saw immediate results in the transfer of equity work. Overall the law industries in U.K. have neglected this area but with help from Zion Port, we managed to cash-in at the right time.
